Colour Safety & Consultation Policy

To ensure a seamless and safe transformation, we offer two pathways for your mandatory Allergy Alert Test (AAT). Please select the option that best fits your schedule:

Option 1: The 10-Day Gold Standard (Preferred)

For the ultimate peace of mind, we recommend completing your AAT at least 10 days prior to your service.

• The Benefit: This allows for a full observation period and secures your appointment time against any unexpected sensitivities.

• How: Simply book your colour consultation or you can remotely buy your allergy kit online using the Yuv website (no appointment needed for the test itself).

Option 2: The 48-Hour Consultation Booking

If you are on a tighter schedule, you may book a Professional Consultation no later than 48 hours prior to your colour service.

• The Process: During this dedicated session, we will perform your AAT, assess your hair health, and finalize your color goals.

• Requirement: This consultation must be completed a full 48 hours before the main event to comply with safety regulations.
